For Windows users and Mac users with macOS 10.14 or before
Step 1: Run RAIDGuardX. Click “Controller” and then “Dump Controller Log.”
Step 2: Go into RAIDGuard X folder, in which the log can be found.
For Mac users with macOS 10.15 or later
Step 1: Run RAIDGuardX. Click “Controller” and then “Dump Controller Log.”
Step 2: Go into RAIDGuard X folder, which can be found in Application.
Step 3: Right-click RAIDGuardX icon and then click “Show Package Contents.”
Step 4: Click the following 3 folders in sequence to get the log, Contents -> Java -> Log. You are all set then!
