Obtain Service
Notes Before Applying Service
Before trying to obtain the warranty service, customers are advised to understand the warranty information.
Please also check the on-line technical support information, or contact our office in your country to clarify the problem as well
as to resolve the problem at the first moment.

It is customers' responsibility to keep a separate backup copy of the system software, application software, data, and system
configurations. You will be responsible for reinstalling all such software, data, and configurations. Data recovery is not included
in the warranty service and Accusys is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.

For Accusys products that are integrated as parts of products of other vendors (Accusys OEM/ODM customers), like PC,
servers, appliances, and storage subsystems, or that are sold by the authorized distributors, Accusys will provide warranty
service through the vendors or distributors. Users or customers of the products are required to contact the vendors or distributor
to obtain services.
Warranty Service Application
To access the repair service, please download the Return Material Authorization (RMA) form , complete the form, and send
it back to our office by email or by fax (see the contact information below). Note that each product item for repair shall
generate a unique RMA.

If the RMA has been approved, Accusys service team will reply with an RMA number. Please make a copy of the application
form, and send it to our Customer Service Department office along with the products that require repair services within 30 days after the RMA number is assigned. If the defective products cannot be returned within the 30-day RMA validity period,
customers are required to apply for a new RMA code.

The returned products should match exactly the same with the information declared by the RMA form. Any unmatched items
will be returned and the customer is fully responsible for the shipping related charges. Customers are required not to ship any
accessories or unrelated items with the RMA products, anything not matched with the RMA form will not be returned.

Accusys may not serve your repair request under any of the following conditions:

a. No RMA code assigned.
b. The product is delivered after the 30-day RMA validity period.
c. The product cannot be qualified for Accusys warranty coverage.
d. The RMA application doesn't match the product.
